Our firm has been working for Italian industries for sixty years. It has been sharing their lot for fifty years: it has experienced years of huge success and years in which external events did not allow people to recognize its efforts.
Our firm has always been moved by a great dynamism; it has always been engaged in a constant updating and all this has always been joined to the will not to give up those values which made it famous.

BEGINNING
Our company was established on October 1st, 1938; the premises were in Milan and the factory was in Brugherio.
After undergoing many different transformations, in 1950, it took today's structure and name: "MARZORATI INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY, Joint- Stock Company"; it produced and dealt in technical products for the industries.
Then our firm produced mechanical power trains: speed variators, reducers, unfixed pulleys.
At that time, the trade brought about relations with important foreign firms, which produced goods of the same sector: thus our knowledge of transmission techniques improved.

FROM 1950 TO 1960
In the fifties our firm entered into important manufacturing agreements under licence with a German house named STROMAG.
Elastic couplings and a wide series of clutches, brakes, electromagnetical and induction joints were added to the list of goods.

FROM 1960 TO 1970
In the sixties and in the seventies, trade agreements and cooperations with foreign firms became stronger and stronger: our firm entered into agreements with two French firms, named respectively UNICUM and CATEP (variators and speed variators), with a Dutch firm named VAN DER GRAAF (positive clutches), with an American firm named EATON AIRFLEX (pneumatic clutches) and with an English firm named TWIFLEX (disc brakes).
Distribution agreements with a Japanese firm named KOYO (self-aligning bearings and ball bearings) opened up new and important markets.
Thanks to the dealing of such goods, new technologies were learnt and new experiences gained.
The management too was enriched and the sales network was made more and more complete throughout Italy.

FROM 1970 TO 1980
The line of business came to include industrial ventilation systems and acoustical treatments.
The factoy situated in Saronno was tooled up to produce different kinds of centrifugal fans, which became part of industrial conditioning, heating and ventilation systems.
As more and more space was needed, a new factory was opened in Cologno Monzese.


FROM 1980 TO TODAY
In the last few years information technology became more and more important throughout the whole business management.
